This site like many others is hosted by Dreamhost. Even Mike Davidson's (the founder of Newsvine) personal site is hosted on Dreamhost.
Dreamhost is a very likeable webhost provider for personal sites and such. They provide 500GB of storage that increases by 2GB per week.
